Made for your job. Sorted.
House signs, cake toppers, cookie cutters, car accessories, drawer organisers and replacement parts. Every piece is designed for you, then printed one job at a time.
Nothing sits on a shelf. Every order starts with your brief.
Because each piece is made for one person, we can't promise a set dispatch date up front. You get the timing for your job in writing, with the price, before anything is printed.
Send your idea
A photo, a sketch, measurements or a file. Tell us the colours, how many, and when you need it.
We work out the detail
Size, material and finish are matched to where it's going and what it has to do.
You get a written quote
Price, design time, print time and shipping, all set out for your job.
Approve the design
You see a preview first. Printing starts only once you're happy with it.
Checked, packed, sent
Each piece is checked against the brief, then picked up or posted.
A name in a set style takes minutes. A new part drawn from scratch takes longer, and we'll tell you how long.
A keyring prints in under an hour. A full drawer set can take a day of printer time.
Australia Post, quoted to your address. Pickup in Melbourne's north can be arranged.
The things people ask for most.
Guide prices are a starting point. Your quote is set on the size, colours and design work your job needs.
Images are renders of our own print-ready designs, shown at true size in the 3D viewer. Photos of finished prints will replace them as orders go out.
See your house sign before you order it.
Type your number and name, pick a colourway, then send it straight to a quote. Outdoor signs are printed in ASA, which handles Melbourne sun.
The preview shows the layout. The final file is drawn to your measurements and sent to you to approve before printing.
Broken clip, knob or bracket? We can make another one.
Plenty of small plastic parts aren't sold on their own any more. Send us the broken piece, or a few photos with measurements, and we'll draw a replacement to fit.
- Measured first. Each part is drawn from calipers and checked against the original before it's printed.
- 3D scanning is available for odd shapes that are hard to measure by hand.
- Stronger material where it counts. PETG or ASA for parts that see heat, load or sun.
- Design time is quoted before we start, so you know the cost of drawing it up.
- No safety-critical parts. Brakes, steering, child seats, gas fittings and the like are a no.
The right plastic for where it's going.
We pick the material from the job, the same way you'd pick timber for inside or out.
| Material | Good for | Handles | Keep it away from |
|---|---|---|---|
| PLA | Cake toppers, cookie cutters, keyrings, gifts, indoor decor | Indoor use, fine detail, the widest colour range | Hot cars and full sun. It softens from about 55 °C. |
| PETG | Replacement parts, wall mounts, organisers, planters | Knocks, moisture, some flex | Long-term direct sun on bright colours |
| ASA | House signs, car and 4WD parts, anything outdoors | UV, heat in a parked car, weather | Food contact |
Printed on a Bambu Lab X2D.
A current-model, fully enclosed printer from a well-known brand, set up with three nozzle sizes so each job gets the right one.
Small lettering on keyrings, gift tags and cake toppers.
Signs, cookie cutters, toppers and most parts.
Thicker walls in less time for organisers, brackets and 4WD parts.
Colours and materials change automatically mid-print, so a two-tone name is one clean piece.
A warm, closed chamber keeps ASA and PETG stable while they print, for signs and car parts that last.
Ask, and we'll film your piece printing layer by layer. A nice extra with a gift.
Good to know before you order.
How long will my order take?
It depends on the job, so it's quoted each time. Your quote sets out design time, print time and shipping separately. If you have a date in mind, put it in your brief and we'll tell you straight away whether it's doable.
Can I get it in time for Christmas?
Often, yes, but Christmas is the busiest time for made-to-order. The earlier your brief comes in, the more room there is in the print queue. We'll confirm the timing in your quote before you pay.
Do you post, or can I pick up?
Both. Postage is by Australia Post and quoted to your address. Pickup in Melbourne's north can be arranged once your order is ready.
Will it look exactly like the picture?
The pictures on this site are renders of our own designs. Printed pieces show fine layer lines, which is how 3D printing is built up. You approve a preview of your design before anything is printed.
Are the cookie cutters food safe?
They're made for cutting and stamping dough. Wash them by hand in warm soapy water, never in the dishwasher, and dry them straight away.
Can you print a character or a car logo?
No. Characters, team logos and brand logos belong to other people. We're happy to make something original in the same spirit, or to use your own logo with your OK in writing.
Can you copy a part I've broken?
Usually. Send photos with measurements, or the part itself. We don't make parts where a failure could hurt someone, like brakes, steering, gas or child-safety parts.
